What can I appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal?

You may appeal to the Tribunal when you have been refused social assistance or when your social assistance has been cancelled, reduced or put on hold. You may wish to consult a legal representative. For a list of legal clinics go to www.legalaid.on.ca

How do I appeal?
After you have requested an internal review from the office that made the original decision, you may file an Appeal Form with the Tribunal.  Forms are available at the local office or from the Social Benefits Tribunal office or you can print the Appeal Form from this website by clicking here.
