On this website, we hope to provide everyone using our Tribunal with greater understanding of the appeals process.  You may wish to look at our brochure, How to Appeal Your Decision to the Social Benefits Tribunal.  Our Practice Directions give information about our current procedures.  In the future, you can expect to see more rules, policies and guidelines to assist you.  If you have other questions, you may wish to review our section on  Frequently Asked Questions. 

The Tribunal updates this website as new information is available.  At the present time, the site has "read only" capability.  Over time, we hope to add features that allow you to interact with us.
