What is a Client Service Representative?
When your appeal is received by the Tribunal, it is logged into the system. At the same time your are assigned a file number and a Client Service Representative. The Client Service Representative mentioned in your acknowledgment letter is the person who manages your file until it is ready for the hearing. This is also the person you should contact if you have any questions.

You should notify your Client Service Representative by telephone or in writing when your address or telephone number changes.
