After the hearing, either party may ask the Tribunal to reconsider its decision. 

 

To ask for reconsideration, you must complete an Application for Reconsideration and provide reasons why you feel your request should be granted.  The Application for Reconsideration is available from the Social Benefits Tribunal.  The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the Tribunal's decision.
