You may request that the Tribunal reconsider the decision if you have a valid reason for doing so.  Your request may or may not be granted.  For more information about Reconsideration Hearings click here.
 
If you believe the Tribunal has made an error in law, its decision can be appealed to the Divisional Court.  You may wish to seek legal advice to do this.  For legal assistance, you may wish to visit the web site www.legalaid.on.ca.
