FAQsFAQsMedical Evidence If you are appealing a denial or cancellation of benefits under ODSP because the Director decided that you were not a person with a disability, any medical reports should be provided to the Disability Adjudication Unit and the Tribunal at least 30 days before the hearing. Other Evidence In the case of other evidence, copies of documents and written submissions that you intend to use at the hearing are to be provided to the other parties and the Tribunal at least 20 days before the hearing. If these documents are not received by these deadlines you may not be able to use them at the hearing. It is not the responsibility of the Social Benefits Tribunal to send copies of the documents to your local office or to the Disability Adjudication Unit.
