You may use any information that you think is important for your case.  The types of documents you provide could include medical and psychiatric reports, drug lists, prescriptions and receipts, doctors' letters, separation and child custody agreements, immigration papers, and job search lists. The Tribunal member hearing your appeal will decide which documents to base the decision on.
