You may appeal to the Tribunal when you have been refused social assistance or when your social assistance has been cancelled, reduced or put on hold, and when:
- you have requested and received an internal review decision, or
- you have requested but not received an internal review decision within 10 days of your request.
From the date of either 1. or 2. above, you have 30 days to file an appeal. You must use the Social Benefits Tribunal Appeal Form.
