Within 10 days of receiving a decision from your local office or your Disability Adjudication Unit about your assistance, you can request an internal review of that decision. 

 

The Internal Review must be requested before you can appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal. For further details, please contact your local office or your Disability Adjudication Unit.
