Carol McDermott, Member

Carol McDermott has extensive experience in all aspects of administrative law, including appearing before Tribunals, teaching law as a sessional lecturer, mentoring and supervising law students representing clients in hearings and as vice-chair of the Health Protection Appeal Board.  She also acted as Associate Counsel to the Support and Custody Orders Enforcement Office, did legal research and writing and practiced in the area of insurance law.  She holds a Master of Library Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor.
