Frank Miclash, Member

Frank Miclash has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certificate in Education from the University of Manitoba. He taught for 10 years before serving as a Member of the Ontario Provincial Parliament from 1987 to 1999. Frank has extensive experience in community service.
