Monica is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Ryerson Polytechnic University, obtaining Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing. Monica spent over 20 years working in the healthcare field in various capacities including Clinical Analyst, Research Associate, Clinical Information Specialist and staff Nurse.
