Helen Buckley-Routh, Member

Helen Buckley-Routh is a bilingual member whose first language is French.  She has twenty-six years of experience as a teacher at both the elementary and secondary school levels.  Prior to joining the Tribunal, she was employed as a translator for five years.  She has been an active community volunteer working with numerous organizations to raise money for a variety of charities.
