Patrick Doran, Part-time Member

Patrick Doran received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa, a Master's Degree in Counselling and Education from Niagara University, and spent four years studying Theology at St. Augustine's Seminary in Toronto.  As a pastor he ministered to families in three parishes for over 10 years.  Prior to joining the Social Assistance Review Board in 1997 he was a member of the Immigration and Refugee Board for nine years.  Patrick was initially appointed to the Tribunal as a full time member and reappointed as a part time member June 22, 2005.
